New England Clam Chowder

You could describe our chowder as a thick cream soup made with lots of clams, onions, potatoes, salt pork, milk, and various spices and seasonings, but that would not describe the thick, flavor, and taste of our version. You have to try it to believe it.

Sold in 20 oz. containers, just heat & serve.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Place unopened bag in rapidly boiling water for approximately 10 minutes (thawed) or 20 minutes (frozen).
  • Stir bag in water occasionally to avoid bag sticking to the bottom.
  • Carefully remove the bag from boiling water.
  • Cut the corner of the bag and pour it into a serving bowl.
  • USE CAUTION- Bag and contents will be hot!

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Pour thawed product from the package into a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Stir and loosely cover.
  • Heat for 4-5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring halfway.
  • Let stand in the microwave for 1 minute.
  • Carefully remove from microwave. USE CAUTION – bowl and contents will be hot!
  • NOTE: Microwave times may vary. Do not allow contents to boil.
