Crispy Pan-Fried Walleye with Lemon Herb Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen Walleye fillets (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (or butter for extra flavor)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley or dill
