1 package of grouper tenders

Cross Valley Farms® Slaw Blend with Carrots and Cabbage

1oz. Apple Pineapple Pico de Gallo

6 strands Monarch® Chipotle Mayonnaise

½ oz. Chopped Cilantro

6 ea. Corn Tortillas
Directions
Deep fry or air fry grouper tenders until crisp, and hold for plating.Warm tortillas, and hold for plating.From the bottom, build each tortilla: slaw, then chipotle mayonnaise, grouper, pico de gallo and chopped cilantro.
