TERRITORY MANAGER
We are seeking an outgoing, highly competitive, self-motivated, responsible self-starter who is eager to “own” all territory responsibilities. Territories will include Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee and Collier counties.
You will be instrumental in locating and developing places to set up our mobile retail seafood trucks/trailers on a scheduled basis. Our current selling venues are communities and larger farmers markets. We are seeking to add new venues and welcome any new ideas you may have on our journey to continued growth.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
locating & developing selling venues
developing new markets
commitment to territory growth
increasing revenue
building relationships with and serving as a point of contact for community directors and key personnel at farmers markets
promote growth by continuously making cold calls
willingness and ability to work weekly hours and weekends as required
willingness to learn, develop and take feedback
Required Background & Qualifications:
high school diploma or GED is required
must be at least 25 years or older
at least 3-5 years of territory sales experience
strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation & closing skills are essential for success
ability to manage rapidly shifting priorities
ability to work independently as well as with a team
acceptable background check and drug screening

ROUTE SALES DRIVER
You will be assigned locations to service on our established routes using a company vehicle. We service Charlotte, Lee, Collier and Sarasota counties.
You must be well spoken and have a neat appearance (shirts will be provided).
A clean driving record is a must.
Any seafood knowledge or food experience is a plus but not required.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
driving to designated locations and setting up
ensure products are properly stored
keeping up to date on products and offers available to customers
providing a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy and providing solutions for customers’ needs
making sure the vehicle assigned to them is serviced and maintained properly
