Walleye is a prized fish that you can easily prepare yourself. The best way to enjoy them is broiled or pan-fried. Cooking it in other ways will add more flavor which may hide the distinct flavor of the Walleye.
Some people may claim it’s a bit bland and not as good as snappers. But fish meat is not just about the taste. The texture of walleye meat is top-notch!
SHIPPING CHARGES & YOUR OPTIONS
UPS NEXT DAY AIR & AIR SAVER
-NEXT DAY AIR (delivery by 12pm)
-NEXT DAY AIR SAVER (delivery by end of day)
This is the most convenient but also the most expensive option. UPS will have the package by the date assigned by 10:30am-12pm.
We ship our next day packages Monday-Wednesday so you will get your fish Tuesday-Friday. Our cutoff time is 12pm ET to get the order in for a next day delivery. If it is after that time it will go out the next day if it is M-W or it will ship out the next Monday.
UPS 2nd DAY AIR A.M.
-A.M. OPTION (delivery by 12pm)
-AIR OPTION (delivery by end of day)
The UPS 2nd day air or air A.M. option is the most cost effective method, but to keep costs low you must be patient on the day & method that it ships. We package these products with extra insulation but keep in mind the area and time of year you are shipping. The time of year and area you are shipping may impact if the top layer of items are in the beginning stages of thawing.
For any orders that we receive after our cutoff time (12pmET) on Wednesday, your shipment will leave on a Monday or Tuesday since they are two day deliveries and will need extra time.
Confused? Just know that we will get it to you as soon as possible to get it to you frozen. That is why we ship early in the week in case of unexpected delays.
We don’t even bother with weekend deliveries because we never want your package sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
Remember that we will send you a tracking number with your purchase after it has been fulfilled.
You may contact us via phone call during our open hours with any questions.
We are not trying to trick you, just want you to understand why our process is the way it is with our food orders.
