Get ready to celebrate your independence with a classic American favorite... Hot Dogs! Noting says "freedom" better than a delicious, grilled to perfection hot dog and an ice cold beverage while watching fireworks light up the sky!

Ingredients
- 4 American Wagyu hot dogs
- 4 hot dog buns
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup relish
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños (optional)
- 2 tablespoons butter

Directions
Prep the Ingredients
Dice the onions. Shred the cheddar cheese.Warm the sauerkraut.
Preheat Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F).
Prepare the Buns:
Melt the butter and lightly brush the inside of the buns.Set them aside, ready for toasting on the grill.
Grill the Hot Dogs
Place the American Wagyu hot dogs on the grill.Cook for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally to ensure even grilling.Look for a nice char and grill marks.
Toast the Buns:
During the last 2 minutes of grilling the hot dogs, place the buns on the grill, cut side down.Toast them for about 1-2 minutes, until they are golden brown.
Assemble the hot dogs
Place each grilled hot dog in a toasted bun. Top with your desired amount of sauerkraut, diced onions, shredded cheddar cheese, mustard, ketchup, relish, and pickled jalapeños if you like some heat.
Recipe Note
For extra flavor, you can also add a sprinkle of smoked paprika or a drizzle of your favorite BBQ sauce. Serve with classic sides like potato salad, coleslaw, or baked beans for a complete 4th of July feast.
