Ingredients
-
2 Amberjack fillets
-
¼ cup of fresh lemon juice
-
3 cloves minced garlic
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt & Pepper
Directions
In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil.
Season the amberjack fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them in the lemon-garlic mixture.
Allow the fish to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Grill the fillets for 6-8 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, until the flesh flakes easily with a fork.
Recipe Note
- For extra zest, add a sprinkle of lemon zest over the fillets after grilling.
- Avoid overcooking to keep the meat moist and tender.
