Try this delicious garlic butter shrimp recipe using our peeled and deveined key west pinks!

Ingredients
- 1 pound (450g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges, for serving

Prepare the Shrimp
Thaw the shrimp if frozen. Pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Melt Butter and Saute Garlic:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Cook the Shrimp:
Increase the heat to medium-high. Add the olive oil to the skillet with the garlic butter.
Once the skillet is hot, add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until they start to turn pink.
Flip the shrimp and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until they are cooked through and opaque.
Finish and Serve
Once the shrimp are cooked, drizzle fresh lemon juice over them and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Toss everything together gently to combine.
Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.
Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the shrimp to a serving plate.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
