Brisket Burgers with Coleslaw and Sweet Potato Fries

    • 4 burger buns
    • Cheese slices (optional)
    • Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles (optional toppings)
    • Ketchup, mustard, mayo (optional condiments)

    Directions

    3. While the grill is heating, take the brisket burger patties out of the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes. This helps them cook more evenly.Grill the Patties:
    4. Place the patties on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Avoid pressing down on the patties to retain their juiciness.Add Cheese (Optional):
    5. If you're adding cheese, place a slice on each patty in the last minute of grilling. Close the lid to melt the cheese.Toast the Buns:
    6. During the last few minutes of grilling, place the burger buns on the grill, cut side down, and toast until golden brown.Assemble the Burgers:
