Directions
- Preheat the Grill:
- Heat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).Prepare the Patties:
- While the grill is heating, take the brisket burger patties out of the fridge and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes. This helps them cook more evenly.Grill the Patties:
- Place the patties on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). Avoid pressing down on the patties to retain their juiciness.Add Cheese (Optional):
- If you're adding cheese, place a slice on each patty in the last minute of grilling. Close the lid to melt the cheese.Toast the Buns:
- During the last few minutes of grilling, place the burger buns on the grill, cut side down, and toast until golden brown.Assemble the Burgers:
- Place the cooked patties on the toasted buns. Add your favorite toppings and condiments. Serve immediately.
Coleslaw:
Directions: Mix shredded cabbage and carrots in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine. Chill until ready to serve.
Sweet potato fries
