1 lb Mahi or Grouper fingers
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup salsa (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare The Fish
In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture evenly over the Mahi or Grouper fingers, ensuring they are well coated.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the fish fingers for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the Taco Fillings
While the fish is cooking, prepare the taco fillings.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave according to package instructions.
Arrange shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, sliced avocado, lime wedges, sour cream or Greek yogurt, and salsa (if using) in separate bowls for serving.
