Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded green cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
- Lime wedges for serving

Prepare the shrimp
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Make the slaw
In a medium bowl, combine red and green cabbage, grated carrots, and cilantro.In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine. Set aside.
Grill the shrimp
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.Thread shrimp onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes beforehand).Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove from grill
