This easy, oven-baked recipe takes just 25 minutes from start to finish, making it perfect for a quick yet elegant meal. Serve with your favorite sides for a delicious and healthy dinner.

-
4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: chopped parsley and lemon wedges
Ingredients
Directions
Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
Marinate the Salmon
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish. Pour half of the honey garlic marinade over the salmon, reserving the other half for later. Let the salmon marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator for more flavor.
Cook the Salmon
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.Remove the salmon from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.Sear the salmon fillets, skin-side up, for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.Flip the salmon and pour the reserved marinade over the fillets.
Bake the Salmon
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges if desired.Serve with your favorite sides, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
