Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

    • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Optional garnish: chopped parsley and lemon wedges

      1. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish. Pour half of the honey garlic marinade over the salmon, reserving the other half for later. Let the salmon marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour in the refrigerator for more flavor.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.Remove the salmon from the marinade and season with salt and pepper.Sear the salmon fillets, skin-side up, for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.Flip the salmon and pour the reserved marinade over the fillets.
